"Diabolical scam"

Nothing. This is a scam. Although I paid in advance for my stay there was nobody at the property for check in. Nobody answered the bell. And when called the ‘emergency contact’ number on the door they advised to message on booking.com and then nobody responded. So I paid for a stay that wasn’t delivered.

It’s a scam. I didn’t like anything about a property that takes money and doesn’t enable a stay.

Not a lot to like , it was cheap but it had to be

No dealings with staff at all, the room was filthy, the toilet was broken the shower was a disgrace.. No milk in the fridge all in all not a place to stay

"Property Uninhabitable and Not as Described"

Absolutely nothing

The condition of the accommodation was completely unacceptable, to the extent that we did not stay at the property on either of the booked nights. The property appeared not to have been cleaned for an extended period and was in a severely rundown condition. There was visible mould, dirty carpets, spider webs throughout the property (including in the kitchen), and a spider found on the bed, rendering the accommodation unhygienic and uninhabitable. Additionally, the curtains were broken, and the overall condition of the property made us feel unsafe and insecure. Due to these circumstances, it was not possible for us to use the property at all during the booking period. Considering the nightly rate of $200, this level of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety is entirely unacceptable and does not align with the description or standards presented on Booking.com. As the property was not stayed in at all due to uninhabitable conditions and was not as described, I am requesting a full refund. This complaint is factual, unemotional, and refund-focused, and I have also raised the matter with Booking.com support for review. I look forward to your prompt response.

The place is run down. Not well looked after. But a good cheap last minute place to stay. No aircon, lots of flying insects flying into therooms resulted in a hot room due to closed windows

The place is disgusting. It's not worth it. Such a waste of money and waste of time to call the booking service centre who not even help and solve the problems. Never book again this place.

"Would not recommend it"

Location

Very Disappointing. Certainly not 4 star. Very old and run down with rotten timber. Doors to bathroom and bedrooms couldn’t shut. Window didn’t lock. Was wired up. Would not recommend.
