Équipe d animation au top surtout Momo et Ousama ensuite l hôtel il n’y a rien a dire mis à part un peu loin du centre et la restauration est à revoir car honnêtement la nourriture est pas top Mis à part ça le personnel est au top

tout était top hormis les 2/3 points indiqués ci après. Petits et grands ont passés un très agréable séjour. Hotel très propre et personnel aimable.

Ne pas avoir de balcon dans les chambres / Variété de la nourriture / le restaurant marocain (menu inexistant)/ les horaires d ouverture de la salle de sport

We had a good holiday here and there is lots to be positive about. The outside space is great. Fab pools, grounds looked after beautifully. The entertainment team work so hard all day to keep things lively, they are warm and friendly and never pushy. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. However the evening entertainment is pretty dire. The food is fine, either try the local cuisine (lots of choice) or accept its fresh pizza or pasta for every meal - just avoid the a la carte which has no ‘carte’ and was SO disappointing. Breakfast chefs a definite highlight! No issues with the drinks or the staff - some might not be the friendliest but most were absolutely charming. The terrace outside is ok but the inside bars are really soulless. Not an inviting space to hang out in so we tended to eat later then head back to our room. The bedrooms are underwhelming but to be honest we only spent a few waking hours each day in our room so it was adequate. Housekeeping was excellent - even on the day when we were all asleep after lunch and they crept in and cleaned like ninjas! We booked a trip with the hotel - it was pretty dreadful. We made the most of it but if you book trips I recommend you use ‘Get your guide’ or ‘TripAdvisor’. The spa is lovely. We both enjoyed a massage but it was slightly disconcerting when the masseuse came back in while I was getting dressed and reset the same towels for the next client….i daren’t think how many had those towels on them before me.. Would I come back here? No. But as long as you know what to expect and keep an open mind you won’t have a bad time here.

Le restaurant : vu le succès de l’hôtel, il devrait y avoir plus de capacité d’accueil et de service dans le restaurant. Plus de choix aussi (plats locaux, viandes)

The hotel staff was very good. Mo, Mo, and the team from the entertainment team were excellent. We celebrated my Nephew and Mo and team were great. Food was good, I had a 2-treatment and that was great.
