"Difficult to sleep because it was hot and opening the window let in noise from the outdoor restaurant"

"Fabulous stay at the Hotel Wawel"

Hotel Wawel is a lovely place to stay, right in the centre of Krakow old town. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms, though it retains a traditional feel. Breakfast is a continental buffet with lots of hot and cold options, eaten in the attached Black Duck restaurant (which is a great choice for dinner). The staff are really helpful, they will arrange airport transfers and transport to the Auschwitz museum. There’s even a small lounge open 24 hours with a self service coffee machine. Really great value base for a city break.

"Hyggelig lite hotell, helt sentralt og fritt for de store kjedehotellenes sterilitet."

Helt grei frokost - som forventet. Hotellet ligger i en stille gate, men samtidig helt sentralt i gamlebyen. Taxi kan kjøre helt inn til hotellet, men Bolt og Uber har ikke lov så der må man gå rundt kvartalet. Kort vei så helt greit. Hyggelig fellesrom med kaffemaskin.

Veldig lave senger, med litt tynne eller slitne madrasser. Heisen var i uorden da vi var der.
