Obsługa recepcji bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Hotel czysty, pokój nawet dla jednej osoby (podróżowałam sama) przestronny.

Śniadanie mnie zawiodło, najbardziej dlatego, że miałam okazję skorzystać z niego w Niedzielę Wielkanocną. Liczyłam chociaż na sałatkę jarzynową czy pasztet (w większości hoteli, w których bywam w PL te produkty są serwowane w standardzie, nie trzeba świąt do tego), jednak nie było nic świątecznego w bufecie oprócz suchych jajek na twardo. Było to smutne. Zero inicjatywy czy dbałości ze strony hotelu. Żeby było tak trudno zaserwować kilka tradycyjnych produktów w Wielką Niedzielę? Choćby kupnych… ? Było mi naprawdę smutno. Oprócz tego całą atmosferę psuli kłócący się pracownicy. Zajęłam miejsce przy wejściu na zaplecze i niestety słyszałam wszystkie kłótnie, wyzwiska, przekleństwa. W Wielką Niedzielę. Przy śniadaniu. Przykre. Nie na taka atmosferę liczyłam ze strony hotelu.

A centrally located hotel. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Bit noisy at night due to it being Easter weekend and the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was predominantly continental along with fried or scrambled eggs and the coffee was good. Nothing really to complain about. Just a good base for a short stay.

Séjour exceptionnel à Cracovie. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel, que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Idéalement situé à quelques pas de la cité historique. La chambre était irréprochable, confortable et bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale : varié, copieux. un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée. Le personnel a été remarquable tout au long du séjour : accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. En résumé une expérience parfaite. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
