"dreamy quiet retreat like hotel"

absolutely gorgeous hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the daily free events are so much fun! the lush plants and flowers attract so many butterflies and it’s excellently located walking distance to bars and galleries but still quiet. the rooms are very comfortable and the onsite restaurant is DROOL sooo yummy!

shower heads are the worst but the water pressure is incredible. the jacuzzi button was not working and i had to ask every time i wanted it turned on

"Terrible front desk experience"

I just had a horrible check in. I’m a diamond member so I asked if I could get an upgrade and was told they don’t allow it and I would have to pay for any upgrade and when I asked if i could speak to a manager she advised me there wasn’t one available today as it was their day off and when I asked their name she advised me she couldn’t Give out that information. I have never heard of such a policy and thankfully I’m only here for 1 night otherwise I would move hotels Just based on this check in I would never stay here again

The hospitality of Raul and Primitivo was outstanding. Both exceptionally friendly and helpful. And took the time to get to know us on a personal level, remembering our names.

An included continental breakfast would’ve been a nice touch .. food in the restaurant was very expensive
