Property very poorly maintained .. Door handles broken, television broken, shower in ensuite unusable, .. also not very well cleaned... Overall just a poorly maintained property

Disappointed. The entire unit we stayed in needs a complete thorough deep clean. The carpets were heavily stained along with the walls. Bathtub needs a good scrub, couch was stained, handle for sliding door to balcony was broken. No milk or hand soap provided. Overall the place just felt dirty and it wasnt a pleasant stay. We slept on top of the made bed as we had our own blankets and pillows and I am glad we did after reading some of the other review.

Easy check in.

Rooms were really dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Spare pillow with no pillow slips. Extra blanket was dirty. Bug in the fridge.

Location is good. But very hard to park to pick up the keys

Here’s a strong but credible review that explains what happened without sounding overly emotional or exaggerated: Extremely disappointing experience. We travelled several hours to Brisbane to stay here for a concert, only to arrive and be told that our reservation had been cancelled. Staff advised they had supposedly informed Booking.com to notify us, however we received absolutely no communication, cancellation notice, or refund information prior to arriving. Given we had travelled hours, had a concert starting shortly after arrival, and no refund had been processed, we were left with no realistic option to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. The hotel advised they had another room available, but this room was in poor condition. The carpets in the lounge/living area were severely damaged, completely soaking wet, and smelt terrible. We accepted the room because we genuinely had no other choice. The wet carpet made a large portion of the room unusable, and the smell was bad enough that we purchased Glenn 20 spray to try and make the room bearable. We were essentially limited to using the bedrooms and left as early as possible the following morning because the stay was so uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the only compensation offered at the property was a $20 reduction in cost, which felt completely inadequate given the circumstances and condition of the room. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication and accountability. Had we been notified in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, we were put in an unfair position and expected to accept accommodation that did not feel fit to stay in. Unfortunately, this experience significantly impacted what was meant to be an enjoyable overnight trip.

I liked the view it was amazing, I loved the rooms themself they were very spacious especially for having a young child with me and his father it was very comfortable and roomy, the furniture was lovely and modern and there was every appliance for everyday things everyday parents need especially while away and didn’t have to worry about very practical, but the dryer wouldn’t work and either kept over heating or was more then on its way out as it took me to finish and finally be completed drying ONE laundry load in tbe dryer end it was all toddler clothes nothing else literally 8 items took 24HOURS YES A WHOLE DAY .. to finally be dry… because the dryer would only run for so long before it would completely stop working and it didn’t matter what I did to try and make the dryer re start and proceeding drying again nothing would work or help … I went as far as even cleaning the filter (that was proper yuck, I’m certain that my filter clean was the dryers first clean it had ever seen it it’s life) but even then it was still conking out and not able to start drying again for sometimes 1-3 bikes srokert

I the raft that I didn’t like was the BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY, NOT CHANGED AND WHEN I WAS MAKING MY BED AFTEER I WOKE UP ON THE FIRST NIGHT OF STAY , 2 YES TWO DISGUSTING USED BLOODY USED BAND-AIDS CAME FLYING OUT OF THE BLANKET/SHEET THAT IS USED AS A BLANKET (a blanket that had a white sheet over the top) SO WHILE TRYIN TO MAKE THE BED 1 MIN AFTER OPENING MY EYES FOR THE LOVELY DAY AHEAD I WAS GREETED WITH DIRTY USED BLOOD NDINSDDJNFNDFNFJFFFFUY

Close to town Receptionist was very lovely and helped out at a prompt time manner.

Table needed fixing very wobbly Dishwasher no knobs Hot water took a very long time to come through. Could have had a bath with the amount of water awaiting for hot to come through. Toilet brushes 1 had a broken handle, the other was so disgusting we asked for a replacement. Room wasn’t ready by 2pm for check in. Towels were a bit rough.
