J'ai adoré mon séjour à Arista encore une fois , personnel très accueillant et réactif , ménage fait tous les jours , et surtout le jacuzzi pour se relaxer tous les soirs . Très pratique aussi la laverie pour le linge ( laver et sécher , quoique je n'ai jamais utilisé le sèche-linge car le linge peut sécher en une nuit ! ) . De toute façon lorsque je viens sur Rotorua , je ne choisis que ce motel et je ne suis jamais déçue !

The loft area was very spacious and the beds were comfortable

Terrible pillows Bathroom disgusting- mould everywhere Shower floods whole bathroom Sulfur smell seeps into the room

The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Lara was very helpful at all times.

The towel could have been a bit softer.
