La ubicación no era tan buena

Good sized single bedroom unit. Great bed, comfortable two seater couch. Friendly helpful staff.

Bedroom was upstairs, facilities all downstairs, no stair lights. Bathroom facilities due for refurbishment as are creaking stairs. Bedroom has a single, small opening window on security stays to provide fresh air. Flat screen Samsung TV provided inadequate entertainment.

The spa and the location

Arista is located on one of the main streets of Rotorua which made it easy to access all the attractions. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was plenty of room for our family. Arista is very much an old fashioned motel… the staff even walked us to our room to show us where everything was.

We stayed in the front 3 bedroom unit and this meant we could hear the traffic noise. This unit was also right next to the office so we could hear people coming and going until the office closed at 8pm. The stairs were also very creaky.

Spacious and comfy.

We were very pleased with the size, layout and cleanliness of the kitchen space and the tea/coffee/milk/toiletries provided. The property was large with plenty of beds and the outdoor area was nice and private.

Could be a bit tight to maneuver a vehicle within the complex. The downstairs bathroom sink was a bit small.
