Keoken Patagonia Bed & Breakfast Puerto Natales

A lovely B and B run by a very nice couple Rodrigo and his wife. Very homey atmosphere. Very comfy beds. Helpful for advice on local restaurants and tours etc

La mia recensione negativa non riguarda la sistemazione quanto un inconveniente che ho avuto al momento del mio arrivo alla struttura. Sono arrivato di notte, come anticipato al gestore via mail, ed al momento dell'arrivo mi è stato comunicato che il mattino successivo avrei dovuto lasciare la camera perché l'hotel doveva rimanere chiuso per forza maggiore. Non voglio entrare in merito a quanto raccontato riguardo il motivo della forzata chiusura (da parte delle autorità cilene) ma mi sono trovato a dover cambiare e cercare hotel all'ultimo minuto. Ho cambiato quindi hotel, per due notti, durata della chiusura, anche perché non ho trovato sistemazione per il periodo delle tre notti rimaste. Se fossi stato informato prima dell'arrivo, visto che la chiusura forzata era già stata comunicata, non avrei perso una giornata del mio soggiorno a Puerto Natales ed ovviamente risolvere all'ultimo momento il problema. Non sarei ritornato nel Keoken B&B per l'ultima notte del mio soggiorno se avessi trovato una struttura disponibile. Il comportamento del gestore non è stato professionale e tantomeno corretto. Oltretutto, cosa non corretta, è stata la richiesta del pagamento delle due notti non in moneta locale ma in US dollari pena il pagamento delle tasse locali.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keoken Patagonia B & B! The room was wonderful with such comfortable beds! The breakfasts were excellent! I highly recommend this B & B and would like to come back myself some day! Lovely owner!

This was a good experience, stayed there several days and the owner/manager was friendly, helpful and is bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Close to the waterfront, restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. Highly recommended.

Rodrigo was caring and very enjoyable to talk with. He tried to help the guests as much as he can. Great place to stay.

I chose this place based on the reviews and the experience was true to the reviews. The Keoken is easy to find, very close to as you enter P Natales from Calama. The breakfast is sumptuous and plentiful. Most importantly the owner Mr. Rodrigo has a big heart and even allowed us to make sandwiches from the breakfast spread and take it with us everyday when we were going to Torres Del Paine. His knowledge of the park is immense and one has to take his advise seriously.. His suggestions worked out very well for us. Overall our experience at Keoken was very happy. Highly recommend!

Small, local hotel, clean, comfortable, central location, friendly and helpful owner.

Roderigo was a very helpful and friendly host. He helped us with language, informed us of road closures, detours and how to get to places more efficiently. Overall good guesthouse and great host.

I LOVE this place!! Rodrigo is the best host ever, & breakfasts are delicious. This is the most comfortable bed I’ve had yet in South America, & after trekking in Torres del Paine, it felt like HEAVEN!!! Views from the room & a sea breeze were lovely, as is the upstairs sitting room. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants, & 5-min taxi to bus station. Homey & comfortable!
