Keoken Patagonia Bed & Breakfast Puerto Natales

Great room in a clean and lovely home. About half mile walk from bus terminal but only half block from lake with gorgeous snow capped mountains in the background and several good restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Innkeeper very hospitable, accommodating and helpful--makes your problems and questions his own.

Rodrigo and Gloria make this stay outstanding. Also, they were a fountain of useful information about the area. Gave us the best tips and local information! As good as a guide.

The owner Rodrigo is extremely nice and very helpful. The room is comfortable and the beds are very soft. The showers are ok, but pretty standard for Chile. Breakfast featured eggs, toast, fruit, cheese, ham, and filtered coffee. One of the best places we stayed

Keoken was clean and comfortable. Stayed twice while coming into and leaving Torres del Paine park. Price was on high side, but a great location, good variety of food for breakfast and very nice decor. Host Rodrigo helped with local recommendations for dining, bus service and shopping. I would stay at Keoken again if in Puerto Natales. November, 2012

Rodrigo is the star of this B&B. He is a very kind, trustworthy, extremely helpful B&B owner with tons of useful information. I would go back just because of him. Please note, he is the only person who runs this B&B, so don't be surprised if he is not at the reception desk 24/7. He is one of the reasons why it was a pleasure staying in Puerto Natales .

Nice place in Puerto Natales, the management were most helpful!

The manager, Rodrigo was helpful. The only problem was that the room and bathroom were very small. The breakfast was minimal but ok. The location was good.
