Condos Val Des Neiges

Really not worth the price: we froze for 4 days; the free WI-FI was not working in the room, it was only available in the lobby; the coffee cups were stained; there were no oven mitts; the sheets were clean but old and thin; food and an eyeliner were found under the sofa cushions; no salt, pepper or sugar provided (they consider it as a condiment). We really regretted renting there.

Les plus: piscine, sauna, proximité MSA. Les moins: l’état de la literie et des serviettes, nombreuses lumières brûlées

En ce qui concerne la salle de jeu, il n'y a pas de ballon de basketball ni de raquettes de badminton. Pourtant il n'y avait personne dans la salle. Dans le condo il manque des choses, comme une plaque à biscuit, pourtant il était indiqué en avoir une sur la feuille à l'entrée. Et le signal du WI-FI était indétectable avec tous nos appareils.

By the time we arrived there was no one at reception though it was anticipated but the main issue was there was no wifi working in the room and we didn't have enough pillows for the number of guests we had to wait till next morning to ask for a pillow. The wifi didn't work the whole duration of stay even after multiple complains.

Decent place in a great location. Our only complaint was the pool closed early (5pm) on Sunday which made our after biking soak not possible.

When you look up Condos Val Des Neiges it gives a different address and shows a different property, the much newer condos next door. My air conditioner was broken, the toilet was dirty, the room smelled of sulpher upon entry, the staff was unhelpful when these matters were brought up. We also had light bulbs out in the room, water damage and broken trim in the bathroom, peeling paint, and a tiny tv that barely worked.

Desperately in need of updates. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Dirty and smelled bad.

When I arrived at Val des neiges, they told me that they relocated me 2 km away to another apartment building that has nothing but bedrooms. No swimming pool, no hot tub, no game room. The entrance stunk like vinegar. I had hard time finding parking. There was no toaster in the apartment. Not enough towels. Barely enough plates. I would have appreciated if they have told me that I was relocated to a mediocre place. We were 2 families that were split apart. Terrible vacation. Bad management, did not even offer any compensation.

The place is amazing. Would definitely use it again except that i hope next time their internet would be faster.
