Condos Val Des Neiges

Nice place, we got the upgrade room. The reception is very nice and inform ative. The price very good. I would recommend it.

very nice condo, all included, pool, gym, internet,etc. very nice staff. excellent position. calm, clean.

We booked at this property to be close and walk to Mont Saint Anne and the world cycling event. When we arrived were told the room airconditioner leaked and we would have to move down the road( not within walking distance) to another set of condos they managed. They advised we should be happy we were getting a $600 / night condo for 2 nights that was larger than the one we booked. However this was very inconvenient for us which I explained as it was far from family and we would not be able to walk to the venue and incur $16 per day parking costs as well as move back to Val de Neiges for the night. On the 3rd day we went to check in at the oringinal site ( as we had to check in and check out of the other 2 night stay plus store out things and food in our families rooms at the Chateau Mont St. Anne). We were there to check in 3 times and no one was there. Finally went to the far condos office and were told the office at Val de Neiges is closed at 5 . I asked where we would stay and receive room keys. Their attitude was again like they were doing us a favor and the one woman manager met us back at Val de Neiges, complained that the 3 bedroom $400 condo was all they had left as I said how. Inconvenient this was to both move and receive service. She was quite annoyed , and advised if I didn't want it I could find another place to stay or get my money back and agian told me we should be happy we were getting a 3 bedroom for the price we originally booked. Very unhappy !

Nice location; friendly staff. Wi-Fi service is terrible to the point of non-existent. Also, the pool was 'closed' at 5 p.m. The lack of facilities to use after 5 p.m. and the ridiculous level of Wi-Fi on offer makes me rate this as a 'do not come back until fixed' facility.

Our stay was okay. The condo was in need of a spruce up for the price we paid. Kids loved the pool but hot tub wasn't working..disappointing. Beds were not that comfortable and pullout couch was not comfortable at all..disappointing as we had 7 in family to sleep for two nights. Wifi didn't work in room and was spotty. We were pleasantly surprised by second bathroom upstairs. Kitchen pans were old and dangerous w loose pot handle. no extra garbage bags in condo. Tv was in and out then was fine. microwave was older and front corner was melted. Creepy statues in upstairs closet w a broken door was a surprise. It was fairly clean w only a few large ants but a bit tight quarters for 7 of us. Games room was cool and kids loved the idea. Air conditioning stopped working twice but hubby got it going. Parking was great. I would rate it a 6/10 for the price.

Very old inside - hot tub broken over Christmas holiday week; it seemed like minimal effort was made to fix it. Furniture inside the unit was very old / worn (unit specific so you may get lucky!). Heating system was very loud and did not work very well.

The overall property was fine, however the unit we had was subpar. On the positive side, it was clean and very convenient to Mt St Anne. But it simply hasn't been kept up. There were light bulbs missing in the day bed housing, the main refrigerator had rust in it, the bar fridge freezer was so frozen up the door wouldn't close properly, several electrical outlets didn't work, the display on the main thermostat didn't display properly (part of the screen was broken). Also, the wifi was not even strong enough to do a google search. From what we could see, many of the other units seemed much nicer and in much better shape. It would not take much to improve the condo.

Our two night stay was really great. The place is quiet and the kitchen, living room, the bedrooms and specially the washroom are really clean. We are planning to take another vacation this winter and try the ski resort close to the condo place. My family enjoyed their stay and loved the place.
