Hotel Lago Grey

Staff was very helpful- Alejandro and Mattis especially helped me. Views were beautiful. Food was delicious. Room was comfortable. Served a birthday cake and sang to me

The cost to stay in the park is very expensive. Roads driving into property had lots of potholes.

Shout out to Vicente and Abraham in the restaurant, Tatiana and Ignacio in the front-desk; those are the names we could remember but the staff overall was amazing. Very helpful, very accomodating. They were able to offer impressive cold-packed breakfast (even gluten-free ones) for our early hike and early check-outs.

The walk from the parking lot to the reception is long, bring an umbrella with you.

A vista do quarto é incrivel!!! Porém pelo preço acho que deveriam oferecer algo mais, como jacuzzi, piscina coberta, spa.

A organização do staff. Em nenhum momento nos foi explicado sobre os passeios, horarios e serviços prestados. Acho que seria importante conversar com as pessoas qdo chegam para saber os anseios e poderem não só orientar mas tb vender os passeios/pacotes. Quando solicitamos informações mostraram um mapa e sugeriram onde poderiamos ir e falaram « podem ir sozinhos, só seguir as pessoas na trilha ».

Location of hotel is superb on the banks of Lago Grey. The first night was in Superior Room where the views were breathtaking. We could see the Grey Glacier in the distance and the weather being clear, could see the Paine Grande & Cuernos horns clearly, well worth the money. Room and bathroom were very nice as well. Views from the coffee shop were also stunning. We booked tours through the hotel which were very well arranged including food. Guide took good care of us and did not rush the tour at all, kept pace with our hiking levels.

This hotel was in such an amazing location with the mountain scenery. It was absolutely stunning. Not to mention, it was so nice having heated bathroom tiles to step on! The staff was amazing and the food was delicious!

Lage super. Essen gut. Betten bequem. Zimmer gross. Dusche gut.

Bidet oder WC-Dusche wäre angenehm.
