Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios, man spart sich das tägliche Reinfahren in den Nationalpark, dessen Schotterpisten ja nicht schnell zu fahren sind. Die Ausstattung, das Personal und das Essen sind ausgezeichnet. Für die Lage ist auch der Preis gerechtfertigt, das Essen ist nicht teurer als in vergleichbaren Restaurants in der Stadt. Es hat sich absolut gelohnt, die Übernachtung hier zu wählen. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

La ubicación y el trato del personal.

Las instalaciones. El acceso al hotel tiene un camino prácticamente intransitable. El día que llovió para acceder al aparcamiento había que atravesar un camino inundado. El hotel tiene un precio desorbitado para las instalaciones ( habitaciones pequeñas, sin ningún extra). No se puede comparar con ningún hotel europeo de ese precio. Un desayuno “ modesto y básico”.

El equipo del hotel te hace sentir muy bien desde tu llegada. La comida y el desayuno también estuvo increíble. Sin duda, lo recomiendo mucho para planear la navegación al Glaciar Grey

The service at the hotel was excellent. Special thank you to Mario and his professionalism to support in all my stay. I fully recommended. Also, the view of the Grey Glacier is fantastic. This side of the park is beautiful for a stay, since is one the other edge of the park, therefore if you stay here you really get to see all angels of Torres del Paine. I had a great time.
