Difficult underground parking for sports cars. Park elsewhere locally.

Great location, spent the afternoon by the pool, rooms were large and comfortable, nice hotel.

Every interaction with the staff was a challenge, we had a number of cars in our group, we had to argue with the receptionist to get into the car park as she was refusing to give us access before we formally checked in even though she confirmed we were booked in, every time we went to the bar the service was rude like we were causing an inconvenience buying a drink, same at dinner, we just had main course and went over the road to the incredibly friendly cafe for dessert and after dinner drinks to get away from the staff. Other than the service the hotel is Ok.. Once we got in the car park, the door closed on one car damaging it, and the angles of the ramps all of our cars scraped on the floor, I am not sure what sort of car would manage that car park easily. We had various cars, from a 2 series, to an A5 and an SQ5 and all struggled. Would not recommend.

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable.

No complimentary water and the water from the tap was disgusting.

Contraté una habitación triple para tres adultos, y me encontré con una habitación doble con una cama supletoria pequeña, con colchón fino, muy incómoda para dormir, así estuvimos dos noches hasta que para la tercera nos alojaron en otra con tres camas individuales.
