La ubicación

La atención de la mujer morena de recepción. Nos quiso cobrar un suplemento por la cocina pese a tenerlo incluido. Comentó que por ese precio no podía poner la cocina y nos quería cobrar 20€ la noche. Además tardó en dar aviso para encender la cocina, nevera incluida, por lo que no pudimos meter los productos en tiempo. Hizo la llegada muy desagradable y vimos que también tuvo problemas con otros clientes que llegaron después de nosotros

La habitación olía mal desde que entramos. Además, había solo un rollo de papel ya empezado y otro mojado con humedades (que se notaba que llevaba tiempo allí y nadie lo había cambiado).

Great location but awful breakfast, bar staff was sick with cold not washing hands. Car park difficult for motorcycles. Poole looked nice but freezing cold.

Requested gluten free breakfast when booking nothing fresh available only dry long life products. Breakfast buffet empty at 8.30 due to coach tours raiding everything. Hotel not for couples but aimed at tours. Very unhelpful rude staff on reception. Was refunded for breakfast but not full cost. Will not stay there again very disappointed.
