Lesante Classic - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

Staff are really friendly and helpful, didn’t need to leave hotel everything you need is there, secluded, peaceful, great location in Zakynthos close to almost everything would definitely go back.

Because we were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary, without asking for it we got a complimentary upgrade to a very large Suite

Like the staff. Location is just about OK WHAT we did not like is that around the swimming pool the paths are narrow and very slippery due to the stone flooring. Lots of falls around the pool Dr. Singh accompanied us fell and broke his Right knee. There should be non slip mat all around the pool. This is urgently needed. Lots of complaints from most visitors

The property was very friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the poolside waiters. The hotel itself is clean, modern and offers a good selection of food and drink. The location is ace with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

I cannot say enough great things about The Lesante. The staff was incredible. They were probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They made us feel welcome from the moment we pulled up. They even left hand written notes under our door about changes to our tours. The property and the rooms were beautiful. It was within walking distance to a great little town with lots of food and shops. I will be recommenced them to anyone that wants to visit Zakynthos.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and extremely professional and this was a feature widely discussed by fellow guests. All seemed very happy with their holidays. The pool area with its comfortable seating and relaxed atmosphere is particularly enjoyable. Although we weren’t holidaying with small children there were many there and the hotel seemed to be extremely accommodating to this age group. Lovely luxurious family friendly hotel.

Beautiful hotel and excellent, helpful, friendly staff! Room was comfortable and clean. The only downside is that you could hear absolutely everything in the hallway from our room loud and clear. But, that would not stop me from staying here again!

The setting is beautiful and what really makes this so lovely are the staff who are very attentive and friendly. Would expect to have free water in the room but after saying that, you do have tea and coffee. Would have been nice to have a free night at the al a carte restaurant just to break up the buffet dining but the food was very good. The dress code is smart casual but there are people that do not respect this and are allowed to get away with it. All in all I would rate very good. Thank you staff.
