New beautiful hotel and close to beach. Staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent

Excellent reception - special room requests met on arrival. Pool bar lovely - all staff really friendly and helpful (special thanks to Jason, Alex & Veli, all helped improve my Greek!) Very good menu during day. Although the hotel was fully occupied the pool areas never felt crowded and there were always sun loungers to be found. Stayed on B&B basis - buffet breakfast great choice and kitchen happily supplied poached eggs. Many thanks to Christos, Alessandra & team for lovely service. Easy walk (10 mins) into Tsivili to wide choice of shops and restaurants. Only small non positive point would be the failure to provide free of charge small bottles of water in room, which we gather had previously been provided but have now been stopped.

Lovely hotel, a 1 minute walk from the beach with great pool facilities.

Hotel was conveniently located near Tsilivi town, which is beautiful and close to pick up spot for tours and some beachfront restaurants. Service was great. Pool area is beautiful with entertainment every night. Buffet at the restaurant was excellent and great value. The hotel organised an excellent private Range Rover tour with the itinerary at our disposal and we ended up at the Fish Taverna Antonis at the beautiful Dafni beach where we met a team of most gracious hosts. Highly recommend the whole experience!

The hotel is very impressive on first impressions but the staff really make the hotel. So friendly, polite and helpful. The pool area outdoors is lovely and the rooms spacious and very clean. The only area which was the slight exception was the spa indoor pool and jacuzzi which needs a clean. Overall fantastic hotel and stay.

One of the best on the island. There are several things that could be improved like the games rooms for kids but overall, we had a great time.

Great hotel 2nd visit. Hotel staff are fantastic, special shout out to Dennis front desk and Alex pool bar attendant. Both excellent customer service. Good location all shops, bars beach walkable within 5 minutes. Beach is a lovely walk in the evening along to village but not great by day bit scruffy for my liking. Restaurants in village very well priced and all service amazing great food.

Decent hotel, but definitively not comparable with other 5 star hotels in Greece or other countries. Location is disappointing: desolated area in the countryside, about 100 meters from a dirty and disappointing beach (see pictures below), which can be reached through a street filled with trash. Breakfast disappointing for a 5 star hotel: limited choice, mostly industrially prepared products. Very poor customer service: spent 20 percent of the time of our stay discussing with reservation department to get written confirmation of late arrival due to strike; explicitly encouraged to leave breakfast room at 10.20 am, because the hotel employees had to prepare the tables for dinner (!). While we originally were planning to stay an additional night, we ended up cutting our stay short and staying at some other place.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We originally had a problem with our room which was quickly fixed by the hotel staff. Hotel grounds very nice, breakfast OK but not that of a 5 star hotel (quality of food only medium). Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.
