Lesante Classic - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

Water leaking from bath area and can't fix till we check out.

Pros The hotel was very clean. It was basic and average in all ways that was good for budget traveling at a standard resort. The shared services with the new Lesante Blu, go there for the day if you want exceptional service, food spa and a great pool and beach area! Cons Could not get really good service from the staff. The bare minimum was offered but was not extended. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was especially strict with us and many others, operating almost rude with rules versus service. The shower did not work. The wifi was not great. The beach area is not a part of the hotel and not very nice.

Me and my wife stayed for 12 days b&b in August. The room was nice and staff couldn't do enough. The pool bar and restaurants are expensive and after 5 days we spent the rest of our holiday at the beach which is a 3 minutes walk. There we continually used the same beach bar which had sun beds, waiter service and music and food and drinks at half the price. The hotel is quiet but it's what we expected. We probably weren't expecting such high prices for the pool bar and restaurant which you naturally use for lunchtime if you are sitting around the pool. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The reason we chose b&b is that we like eating out in the evening at different restaurants.

Bad- The Layout of the furniture in the room was bad the bed took up all the space so didn't have much to walk properly. The breakfast was basic bacon & eggs & cereal & fruits not much variety. There was a huge fly inside the ham. I asked for my room to be changed no one responded to me. There was hairs on my cocktail glass at the pool bar. The spa never had enough staff to carryout my massages & treatments. Good-The ambiance was nice, it was close to the beach, the staff was friendly & carried out my requests before I landed. The pool was nice.

This fab hotel is great in many ways. Spotless. Very nice decor. Lovely room. Very good service. The nearby beach is very average and the local town didn't suit us but I would definitely go back to this hotel again without question. Our air con in the room was the only thing that could have been better.

Worst wifi! Come on it's 2017, it's time to provide adequate internet for guests. Breakfast is very average and they make you wait as they don't have enough tables for everyone. The rooms are old, wallpaper is coming off in corridors etc. it's dated and needs a upgrade.

I was there with my kids and we fell so in love with this hotel so clean and so friendly. And they surprised my twins for their 18th birthday. So happy with this beautiful hotel and staff !

Positives: - nice pool area - clean room - decent breakfast - front desk manager was trying to be helpful and accommodate us when there was an issue with our room Shortcomings: - room was connected with the room next door with double doors and walls were thin so we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing. - when asked to switch, they could not accommodate due to full capacity. -when asked for late checkout, same thing - concierge was not present between 2 and 6pm. We wanted to organize a day trip for next day and at 6 when concierge arrived she was bombarded with people who had been waiting like us. Took 45 minutes of waiting to talk to her. - had to wait several minutes to get towels for the pool as there was only one employee running multiple facilities. Overall, average stay. When you book a 5-star hotel you expect a quiet room and a certain ease and convenience. Lesante needs to hire more people to improve their customer service. Unfortunately I don't think they can improve their rooms to be more sound proof.

We stayed at the Lesante Hotel for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel room and facilities were immaculate. Breakfast included. 2 min walk to beach and beach bars. 10 min walk (max) to loads of Tsilivi restaurants and bars. Easy to get in taxi to Zakynthos town (11 euro each way). Easy to get to and from Airport (20 euro each way in taxi). Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first visit to the Lesante and we were very pleased with everything about the hotel, our room, the breakfast and the pool area. We would definitely return.
