"Unforgettable expierience!"

The best hotel in the Philippines!! Been here twice already. Lush greenery and luxurious amenities. Best tasting and affordable cuisines. Less people so it' not crowded. A truly one of a kind experience at anaffordable rates.

The staff were superb. A-plus customer service especially at Cafe Ilocandia. The whole staff made my Mom’s 90th birthday super special. All my guests were treated equally well. My wife enjoyed it too. She felt really safe going around the property. Well-maintained grounds. Will definitely come back again when I want to celebrate something special!

Nice place with complete amenities. Nice room. Quiet place to relax.the place is secure with lots of parking. I love the beach. I love the food. The staff are all friendly. We will be back on august for sure.

"Absolutely dreadful"

This was once a deluxe hotel, but has simply gone to the dogs. On a positive note the air conditioning works and the beer is good. No wifi at all in any part of the hotel. The restaurant has about 25 % of the items on the menu. Ordered the banana split yesterday - sorry run out of bananas…. This is the Philippines where bananas grow. Sent my laundry off this morning. Still not back at 9,30pm and no one answering the phone. Forget the Covid excuses, management need a good kick up the backside, or maybe firing. Dreadful hotel that really needs to rethink the customer experience.

Clean with friendly staff. The only comment I have is there ia no towel in the bathroom but onve I requested they brought it right away to our room.

It’s an old hotel, bathtub was so dirty I wouldn’t shower without slippers on. Beds were pretty uncomfortable too. Food was not good and they got our orders wrong 3x times in 3 days. The location is nice though and the while the amenities are old, it’s nice to have the beach, driving range and pool within hotel grounds.
