"enjoyable and traditional local experience"

hotel staff are warm and service oriented. good service and delicious/authentic food served at lunch and dinner. really traditional atmosphere when it comes to furniture and paintings. the environment is relaxing and good access to all facilities.The main point of improvement is availability of service car for couples since only available is 5pax to avail of city and other far areas within the province. the place is a heritage and cultural site due to its vast area. our overall stay is very good.

"Slowly deteriorating"

Great amenities but service was not. Restaurant staff couldn't effectively handle the number of guests coming in and we even had to follow up on our order several times. Room was okay but needs a lot of improvement on the cleanliness and functionality (cockroach in the bathroom and hot and cold shower didn't work well). Lastly, check out process took so long because the staff couldn't find the receipt for the card verification and even had to ask for my copy because they didn't know where they kept theirs.

Bathrooms need maintenance. Pest control is needed (bedbugs visible). Bedsheets needs to be replaced as some has stains even after wash.

Facilities included in the brochure like the spa didn't exist. State of the bathroom was very poor. Whole place is lacking in maintenance. Whole resort was dark. Breakfast limited variety and poor. Dinner available terrible food. Wines on the wine list were not available at all. One wine we tried Caliterra was dreadful. Nice and helpful staff throughout. Grounds were very pleasant and attractive.
