Grand Regal Hotel Davao

Spacious and well decorated.

Coffee, bed a little hard and a little dated but good value.

It is accessible the place whenever where we want to go.

It is old need more renovation specially the floor where staying there is a lot on the ceiling watermarks

Food was great

We booked our hotel room ahead of time before our arrival here in Davao, fully paid via online payment. We even call to get an early check in, as we arrive at around 6am in the airport. However, the staff always tells that there is no available room yet & will keep on updating u. What's awful is that, by 2pm, they only give us 1 room instead of 2 as agreed in the booking. Your said renovation should not be giving inconvenience with your client. It was really a bad experience on our part.

Staffs were polite and accommodating. Food was delicious, and the room was cozy.

Toilet was not so clean as i was expecting.

The renovation, the pool had a strong smell of chlorine.

I believe the breakfast buffet and swimming pool area accommodated our needs during our stay.

My fiance and I were disappointed with our inability to take a hot shower during our stay. Even allowing the water to run for several minutes no hot water was produced. Perhaps a better or additional boilers for the hotel. Staying at a hotel with your rates should accommodate guests cold and hot shower needs even at peak hours.
