I like the view but the windows and curtains are dirty.

The reception guy was very unprofessional, unapologetic and doesn’t know what he was doing. Aneed more training on how to at least do basic check ins procedure

It was amazing stay with family,, bed is so comfortable. Place so quiet, food is so delicious and services are exceptional. Even there’s a few things that are not working properly, but then it’s all taking card off the same day. Staffs are very friendly.

Ants in the bed of first room. The front desk put us in a second room because of this. Next day maid cleaned room and we returned to find dead bed bugs on the clean towel they put on the bed.

Loved this Hotel and our room premium or jr suite. It's lovely to have a nice view on the 9th floor, and the staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was the highlight of the day, so amazing and underrated, such a great surprise. The location of the Hotel was excellent, we would and will stay at this property again
