Grand Regal Hotel Davao

Room was renovated and has a very big bed. But carpet along the corrider are old. Staff at breakfast are polite and fast

The Casino on location was good and the room was completely as expected.

No hot water during the stay. If that was fixed the stay would have been 💯 excellent but without the hot shower the price should have been lowered.

There was roaches around the food and we seen a rat in the bar

Management is not considerate to accommodate requests of senior guests. We requested that our breakfast for Feb 12 be packed, since other hotels allowed it, for us since our flight is 4:10am and we need to be at the airport by 3am. The packed food is only for 3 boiled eggs, bread butter only which are not perishable as what your concern is.

the staff were very nice and friendly breakfast was included in the price and was good with assorted food

the place was not as in booking pictures it’s is much older and more wear and tear , the pictures look like ten years ago , there were ants and cockroaches in the room ,the shower head was spraying over the glass screen soaking the floor,
