Centrally located in downtown Iloilo. Rooms were refurbished to be within Citadines standards. Breakfast is decent and rooms were quite spacious. There were also bikes you can borrow to go around the city, though we were not informed upon check-in.

The narrow entrance going into the property if coming from the parking/Amigo mall (not main entrance) is a bit off putting since you have to pass through a restroom- though technically not part of the hotel.

I like that the location is in the heart of Iloilo City proper. The hotel amenities are clean, we love that the bed is comfy, we had a good sleep.

So many things in this hotel could still be improved starting with better cleaning of the bathroom to prevent mold growth or spots looking like mold. The nice swimming pool saved the day and the location is good in the middle of the city. Staff was friendly.

The location was very close to the shops and tourist spots. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The rooms and hallways could benefit from some upgrades as they were becoming a bit dated. The breakfast choices were very limited.
