Horrific Stay: Unacceptable Conditions and Unprofessional Service This hotel should be immediately closed for a thorough inspection, especially for pests. My recent two-night stay was an utterly disgusting experience from start to finish. Upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that it was severely outdated and poorly maintained. The floors were visibly dirty, and the bathtub and shower were filthy, with hair still present. It was truly a disgusting sight. To make matters worse, the toilet began leaking profusely in the middle of the first night. Despite engineering being called, they were unable to resolve the issue. On the first night, I woke up with what appeared to be bug bites on my back, causing immense discomfort and concern about the sanitary conditions. When we requested to move rooms due to these numerous issues, we were told there were no other rooms available. The front desk staff further compounded our negative experience. The young lady working was not only rude but also appeared to be flirting with other guests, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. It is imperative that this hotel address its severe hygiene issues. All bedding needs to be discarded, and the entire premises should undergo a comprehensive deep cleaning and pest extermination. This was, without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. A pest inspection is absolutely critical for this establishment. --
