It's near downtown bacolod

They need to upgrade their facilities. Staff in breakfast buffet are slow and not even accommodating. The traffic of guest for breakfast is huge but most of the staff are just walking around doing nothing while a lot of guest waiting to sit as most of the tables are dirty or not bus out.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is old and needs updating. Cockroaches in their lobby and in the dining area were found. The room leaked of rain water and we had to ask to be switched to a different room due to this. In the middle of the night. The shower was funky and overall the hotel needs an upgrade.

The late check-in went smoothly and the welcome when we arrived and walked through the door was good. The breakfast buffet had a great spread. Also, the front desk staff was helpful to get us to catch our grab ride.

The shower placed within a tub, made it hard to enter especially with bad balance.
