Despite the L'Fisher being a little dated we love to stay here. I can tell at one time it was a 4 or 5 star location. The breakfast buffet is worth the stay all by itself. Please visit the Cocoon Spa on the 4th floor. They have the best massages in all of the Philippines. The staff is very professional.

Staff service is excellent—everyone welcomes you with a smile and genuine hospitality. Breakfast was okay, but it no longer stands out as the best in Bacolod as it once did.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel very outdated. Curtains and carpet are worn, hot water only works intermittently, the mattress is too firm and the yellow lighting makes the room seem dark. The toiletries are basic, more like what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Overall, the condition of the rooms lowers the value of what was once one of Bacolod’s most reputable hotels,

We were given a room that very different from the pictures on Book.com. It was very old, musty, and had only one bed, not two as shown in the pictures. When we requested a change in rooms, we were moved to a better, newer room with two beds. Seemed strange. Hand towels were not provided on the second day.

I like the location on the main street. They have all the amenties i enjoy. A pool to cool off. A massage spa , casino for gaming entertainment . But what brings me back is the service and the warm smiles.
