"Nice hotel w/ friendly staff"

Place is nice for a family. Staff were kind and accomodating. It was just so dusty because of the road repairs, and it was so hard to get a tryc going to the Station 2 area

Perfect amenities and location! The only drawback is the room -beside the streets its a bit noisy😢 and the breakfast is not so good😢 not so many choices.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach where the Grotto Island is. It’s easy to walk over to all the action around Station 2 yet far enough away that it doesn’t get crazy. It’s my second time staying at this property. Last time was November 2016. I even got the same exact room as before. The staff is friendly as ever. But the room... yikes! Keycard doorknob wasn’t working so they gave us a physical key for it. Only one key as apparently, it was the master key to the room. The deadbolt to the back door to the pool access was broken as well. Got another key for a makeshift lock for that. Electronic safe? You guessed it... another key. The toilet was hit or miss. Sometimes, the tank would fill up, sometimes, water would just keep running into the bowl. It wasn’t really a bad experience. I still had a great time in Boracay. Just a little disappointed that the rooms were in such a state of disrepair.

Friendly staff cant do enough for you. Very beautiful location. Great food. Reasonable prices. Bed was a bit hard. Overall very happy with our stay.

"Np service ever!"

Payed top dollar for a pool access room.. only to be woken by restaurant staff every morning talking & laughing at 6am! Complained to reception, but it continues each morning. Staff at reception & restaurant are very unattentive.. always bothered to assist. Avoid this place

"Not a good stay at Estacio Uno"

1st room assogned to us smelled of sewer after just the first day. It’s possible that sewege system of estacio uno is not good anymore. We requested to be moved rooms. On the last night before check out, we got upgraded to a superior room. The condition of the room is not better at all. No bad smell problem but there are water leaks in the walls and also the airconditoning.
