The service was different for locals compared to tourists. During our 3-day stay, we had to walk very far just to avail of the buffet, but it was still okay. The service was poor because we kept waiting for assistance to carry our bags. We waited for 45 minutes, but no one came, so we carried our bags ourselves just to go to the front desk and check out. One of the cart drivers passed by and said he would come back, but instead, he picked up other passengers who were Korean. It was disappointing because when we arrived, they were not able to give us a ride. In fact, my partner is disabled and cannot walk long distances. They were all busy welcoming other guests, but they should also consider that we are guests too. Also, this is the only island we’ve visited that did not prepare seafood, and that really sucks 😅

Bluewater Sumilon is a fantastic 3 day stay south of Cebu. Its well set out and the Pool Villa was large and liveable. The restaurant buffett had plenty of variety and half board is recommended. Pool and facilities were nice and the location is perfect for whale shark tours, snorkelling and a bit of resort living. As a place to stay I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff themselves were friendly and pleasant. But there seems to be a lack of leadership, to be on top of staff actions and efficiency. I did have to make three requests at times. I needed amendments to my bill (sloppy accounting). But in reception, I noticed four other guests with the same issues. It's a pity, as its otherwise, a great resort and location. Sadly, its just not a 10/10 based on the prices to overall service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Man møder super flot sandstand- samt svømme område lige udenfor hytterne.. Helt perfekt. Morgenmad og aftensmad buffet - middagsmad kunne man købe i restauranten… Alt mad var topkvalitet. Kan klar anbefales

Måske nogle aften aktiviteter… hvis man ønsker at komme i kontakt med andre ellers helt perfekt

Great departure lounge from the mainland to the island. A short 2.9km trip across to an awesome pool villa (Pangi). Great little shop next to Reception. Everything walking distance. Highly recommended for Whale Shark tours. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bag to room service could improve...

The Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort offers breathtakingly beautiful scenery, featuring stunning views and incredibly clear, turquoise-blue waters. Guests have the distinct pleasure of enjoying two fantastic beaches: a serene sandbar and a vibrant main beach. Furthermore, the rooms are exceptionally spacious, providing guests with unparalleled scenic ocean views, and even allowing for a picturesque landscape view of Cebu City from the comfort of their rooms.

The water pressure was noticeably slow. Upgrading the blinds to blackout versions would significantly improve room comfort. The road to Oslob is in poor condition and needs government repair.

It is located in paradise. The Villa PAGI is the most beautiful facility I’ve ever lived. The best place for couples to stay for their honeymoon.
