Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort

The snorkeling is the best anywhere. The location is perfect .The gentle low impact way the resort sits in its idyllic oasis.The staff are lovely. They keep the resort looking perfect.

The food was luke warm. Seemed like it had been made hours ahead and had not been kept properly cold or hot. Just sitting ready.

Stunning location, paradise.

Amazing location. Beautiful island with some of the best snorkelling and scuba I have ever done. Impeccable service with staff who would literally bend over backwards to help you.

The food was repetitive after a while and if you consider Lorrie’s in the wider Philippines it was incredibly expensive. Relative to the £ and living in London it wasn’t. The food in the buffets got cold quickly but was tasty and well prepared.

Snorkelling was excellent Meat in buffet very good Massage overlooking ocean unreal Room and bathroom clean and nice Love seat on patio nice but need loungers to be comfortable if relaxing

Being placed in the very last room 500m approx from restaurant with 3 kids youngest 4yo Need pineapple / apple juice at breakfast watermelon juice isn't popular View from room impeded by trees and no access to beach as a cliff Being asked to shower first before getting in the pool. Never have I ever been asked this. What a way to make guests feel dirty and embarrassed Infinity pool is too deep and small to relax in Life guard is too obtrusive back off a bit mate so people can enjoy what they have overpaid for The Island is rocky, cliffs everywhere, dangerous stairs, risky for older people and young children Staff seem unorganised. Management lacking. Beach bar slow. An ice run took 20min. The rum used for happy hour is yuck. We had to request bacardi which made one cocktail over 600pesos. On the exit bill was charged twice for my massage Kids pool area not well kept algae on side of pool, wood rotting see pics Obstructive security cameras directed straight at people's rooms Honestly staying on the mainland and doing day passes to Shangri La and Crimson Resort were lux and amazing

It’s an incredible place, nothing I’ve ever seen or been to in the Philippines. You’d be crazy to miss this place, even for a day trip. The water is similar to Maldives, the staff are attentive and friendly, the accommodation is fantastic. The black tipped reef shark feeding was incredible.

The price of soft drink is laughable. Take your own if you are a Coke drinker. The buffet could be better but still good as it’s included in the package. The lunch menu could also be improved.

苏米龙岛的美，让我终身难忘。包括环境、服务、餐食、服务人员都让我感动和喜欢，我已经爱上了它，一定会再来。遗憾的是，我遇见了岛上前台接待员VAL，她的服务态度和质量真是很差，脸上冷若冰霜无笑脸，不会主动友好的和客人说话沟通，而且我向她咨询离岛事宜时，她冷漠无视我，低头敷衍我，真的没有服务员应有的热情和素质，让我深深失望。因为她的不好服务态度，我给入住体验打了1分，而其他服务人员，轮渡服务员餐厅服务员、岸上安全保护员、清洁房间服务员、按摩人负等许多工作人员的热情服务，他们对工作负责对客人的热情周到细致让我感到非常满意和温暖，真的非常感谢他们！ 希望管理层对VAL的服务态度进行监督教育，避免让她一个人影响了客人的心情，她的行为是对其他热情周到细致服务的人员是一种不负责任的态度。 总之苏米龙度假村所有的优质环境优质服务让我终身难忘，我一定会再来度假。当然不希望再有VAL影响我的下一次度假。
