The Mansion

Overall it was a nice and clean comfortable hotel. The key word is...Was.... I don't want to sound like a person that is bitter with my stay there. Just that I requested to Extend my stay and see if the hotel could give me or negotiate a promo rate if I stay for another 8 or 9 days. After waiting for hours I did not get an answer and ended leaving and staying at another hotel nearby.

お部屋は広くてよかった。ただ、洗面台とシャワーからの水漏れでビタビタに。 立地もよくどこにでも行きやすいし、周りにカフェなどもありよかった。 ホテル敷地内のBARによくいっていたので泊まってみたくて泊まったけど水漏れが残念です。 なかにある美容室でのフェイシャルエステとトリートメントもよかった。 敷地内にあるマッサージも安いパックがありよくいってました。 日本食レストランも有名です。

It's a magnificent old hotel with all the grandeur and charm I little more upkeep would fentanyl make it perfect

総合的にサービスが行き届いてない。特に水洗トイレの排水が悪い。ペーパの予備が無い。 スリッパが無い、ティシュペーパーが無い。電話機が調子悪い。栓抜きが無いと云っても 持ってこない。照明も全体的に暗い。 てなことで改善しない限り次は、利用しない。

good location, and kind that's all

The sarabia hotel was an excelent place to stay and the staff there were a credit to the hotel, they were very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall a very nice place to stay and i will return.

Convenient and centrally located to everything. Good room size but bathroom is dingy (maybe calcium deposit). Toilet did not not flush well. Low cost and hotel is good for the area and price.

Great! specially Buffet breakfast is nice. Room is clean. and people kind to us. but room have noise from outside specially daytime.

I enjoyed my stay at Sarabia, it was perfect for my purposes and stay. However it is not a five star hotel, so do not expect it to be one. The rooms are clean but it has been a while since they were last remodeled. The staff is very cordial and pleasant. My only real complaint revolves around it being sort of a hastle to have to go purchase an access card everyday to have internet in your room, but it was not a large inconvenince.

An excellent hotel, except for the bathroom. There was no hot water, only luke warm, otherwise reccomended. Complimentary breakfast, was adequate and well cooked.
