Lovely staff, great food, room was fab (especially as we had an upgrade!). Lovely hot showers. Great location close to the centre.

The pillows are huge, soft but quite uncomfortable as they are so big. There are several mosques very close to the hotel and the call to prayer at 4.30am is very, very loud, however I suspect this is the same everywhere in Yogyakarta.

Our hotel is located near the main centre, Malioboro, that we were able to take becak as our option of transportation too. I also enjoy the breakfast provided by Hotel Santika because of the variety cuisine they have provided from Indonesian to Western.

Lovely facility and very helpful staff who helped with organising a driver for a day excursion to Borobudur and facilitated a change of room to overlook the pool. Great breakfast also.
