"The price is right however you get what you pay for."

The front desk clerk was very friendly upon check-in.

The hotel in general needs a renovation. It is showing its age...Examples: Ripped carpet in guest room. noisy floor of tub/shower, facade of ice machine missing plus only 1 working ice machine in entire hotel. Management did not read special request before my arrival which was do not put me near ice machine and elevator. Guest what was right outside my guestroom.

I never saw breakfast being served

Your Wifi did not work well. On my second night I was attacked by a small unleashed dog, I hit the dog with the yellow plastic floor sign.

Very clean and presentable. I had an issue with the bed but the clerk moved us with no problem and upgraded our room for the inconvenience. It wasn’t necessary but most appreciated.

That when u pay for the room call take and put a hold on the card. But have to wait 3 to 5 business days when it should come back on my card the same day. U didn't wait for me to pay for the room. So I'm wondering why I have to wait
