"I wish I get my money back."

THERE is no mini fridge to keep my insulin safe.

Our first experience getting off the elevator on our floor was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The towels were basically wash-cloths, tiny and thin! One towel had a stain on it. I requested extra towels and extra shampoo, got the towels, no more shampoo available. We left after our first night.

It was so bad, the door to our room was open and the shower looked like someone had just used it. We didn’t even stay, we booked a different room immediately and left.

I was a loyal customer at microtel for a few years off and on but they always kept the facility nice. Now they have become like any other hotel that has been here for a while and can't keep help they booked the locals and put them in the same rooms and I do mean the same rooms over and over again The carpets are so worn housekeeping is getting sloppy in their work just wasn't a good experience.

Awful experience. Dirty, would not provide extra pillow, no blanket for pull out couch. 25 year old TV. Property needs a lot of help.
