- No hot water at certain hours during the stay (without explanations) - ... poor compared to Marriott standards

Outside look and reception

The room where I slept was too old ...sink has been broken...towels were cream ...I think they should close it and renovate it....staff and reception were good but rooms please we're in vision 2020 upgrade everything

"Chingola's main hotel"

Had to suggest to staff that they put us a family of four in adjacent rooms and use the door way between the two to make it a family room, I would have expected them to work this out ahead of time without me having to tell them. Otherwise the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
