Sonesta Hotel Cusco

The Sonesta looks quite unassuming from the outside but the warm welcome we received gave us some idea of what to expect. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were taken care of. The reception staff were so friendly and obliging; nothing was too much trouble. These lovely people appear to work 24-7 because they were always there to help or just to wish us a great day! On to the restaurant - Wow is all! From the beautifully produced menus, which gave full explanations of the ingredients used, to the most attentive staff and of course the beautifully prepared dishes. As for the breakfast - we’ve travelled a lot but the breakfast here was without doubt, the best we have had. As vegetarians, we often end up feeling a little short changed in some restaurants. Not here; there is a massive array of beautiful, freshly prepared food and drink, laid out in specific areas to make thing easier. Again, there was always a friendly staff member on hand to help or even just a chat about our stay. It was lovely to see the management team making their presence known at all meals and the highest of standards were always maintained. Our room was immaculate and had all the amenities we required and more. We really couldn’t find anything negative to say about the Sonesta Hotel.

We traveled with a group of 12 and the stay here was excellent. The staff was always cheerful and attentive to any need we may have. The breakfast in the hotel was the best, fresh fruit, made to order eggs and much more, fulfilling needs and desires of all dietary needs/wants.

Hotel is well located for exploring Cusco. Great choice at breakfast. Room service food was also excellent if, like us, you are in need of a quiet night in after a lot of early starts! Special mention to Diana who looked after us very well. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable.

I had a fabulous dinner at Sonesta Hotel. The food was good & the hospitality of its staff most appreciative.

The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was amazing...spacious and clean and modern. Love that I could get coffee on my floor anytime. Breakfast was good too. Helpful tourist desk.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe a gym would be good but honestly I didn't have time for the gym since tours started very early in the morning.

Bien ubicado, cómodo, desayuno espectacular y personal muy amable.
