"Good Hampton Hotel in the Big Flats Area"

Good hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family that live in the area. The hotel had been renovated since our last visit. The hotel was clean and the room was nicely updated. The person who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Tiffani, who worked the breakfast in the morning was great. She was working hard to keep everything replenished. Room was clean and spacious. We did have an issue with our room not being serviced at all durning the 3 nights we were there. Pool area looked nice, although we didn’t have the time to swim. Would definitely stay here again while in the area, but do recommend that the bathrooms be renovated and updated.

We prefer Hampton Inn to all the other hotels nearby because of the fabulous pool and hot tub and the great breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and nicely furnished.
