Club Bali Family Suites @Legian Beach

Clean, functional and a good space for families. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Great value for money :)

Had a wonderful stay here. It older but clean. Family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Walking to the beach directly accessed from property. Hotel is one of several on a large property. Close to restaurants and beach in Legian. Area is fun but not as crazy or full of too many drinks like Kuta. We left a hotel in Kuta to come stay here because the property was better, cheaper and with better access to beach. My cons would be that it is dated and the shower was cramped but these are small things. You get great value for a great price.

The family suites are looking a bit tired, but were very clean, roomy and comfortable. Definitely value for money in a very handy location close to beach, restaurant and shops.

This is our 3rd stay at this Hotel over 7 years (we have stayed elsewhere in Bali). Although the hotel is a little dated now, it is still a great place to stay. Great location, fabulous staff always cheerful and helpful, good room (we had 2 bedroom apartment) always clean and beds were comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which was mostly plentiful with a cook standing by to cook eggs and omelettes anyway you like. Pool was inviting, although this time we didn't have the time. Security staff at the gate were always friendly, so we left them with a Bintang each night. All round it was a great stay, and if you need the 2 bed apartment I would highly recommend it for spaciousness and comfort.

The one bedroom suite was massive which was fabulous with children, the room had everything you could need. The swimming pools were very outdated and attracting quite a loud crowd it wasn't very relaxing. the music was on loud all the time with everybody crowding around the pool bar. there was barely any shade around the pool and the main shade was at the end with the noisy pool bar

Beverages very expensive at the pool and not worth drinking there. You can walk 10m across to the beach and get drinks for less than half price. Do not drink at Raymond's bar straight out the front of the jayakarta he is rude and arrogant to customers not drinking enough and taking up his seats. Highly recommend Casanova bar to the right, great people and very knowledgeable about the local area and really helpful.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite, this was great for my family with two kids. The room had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a little walk to the pool but it was fine. Great location to lots of restaurants and little shops.

The hotel is getting old and tired. The plus side is they offer apartments for families. Don't expect any assistance from management. After having our flights cancelled by tigerair and having to re-book at the hotel for a second time after forfeiting our initial accommodation fees, the hotel did not even offer one complimentary breakfast. They were able to re-sell our room from the first booking, keep our accommodation paid on that room and then we paid again. After having been in direct contact with the general manager regarding our re-booking prior to arriving in Bali the hotel did not even have our booking upon arrival ! They finally found a room. Would recommend this hotel as long as you don't plan to spend alot of time within your room or the grounds.
