Club Bali Family Suites @Legian Beach

Room was unsatisfactory - did get a new room on request. Staff helpful but a bit dodgy - demanded rupiah for late checkout and no receipt - given our room was not originally up to scratch (broken items and no hot water) I was not happy to pay for late checkout at all but didn't have a choice as our pickup was 6pm. Rooms need upgrade and Jayakarta facilities are looking old and dated.

We have 4 kids and struggled to find something big enough but this place was perfect. Awesome location, great kids pool, friendly staff, hard to fault given the price. We'd definitely go back.

Awesome, extremely polite staff, attentive to every need. For a "3.5" star hotel, they are better than alot of the 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Highly recommend staying here for a warm, friendly and relaxing family holiday.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed was big enough for a 7 & 10 year old. Bit of a walk to the Jayakarta hotel pools but we didn't mind, may be a bit hard with little one's.

Staff were excellent. Location was central to markets, dining and right on the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would be happy to stay again.

Needs a refurbishment. Close to the beach some good restaurants and shops. If you venture out for the day by car it is quicker to walk back to the resort than sit in a cab or car. Kitchen utensils very used and need replacing especially the wok and non stick pan. Overall a reasonable place but definately over priced for bali.

Great location, fun pools with great kiosk food or restaurant. Nice cosy rooms for the whole family. 1 Bedroom was a great size for the 4 of us. I have a 5 and 4yo.

I stayed here with a friend, we had a 2 bedroom suite. Best thing we could have done! So much space! great having the 2 bathrooms too! On arrival we were greeted with beaming smiles (considering it was 2am), staff that were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their hotel and facilities. Their English was fantastic. The room was very well appointed and very clean ( no bed bugs!) Everything you could want/need was there!(not that we wanted to cook on holidays but you could if you wanted to...great idea for families with fussy eating kids) The lift worked and didn't make any scary sounds! The ability to use the Jayakarta Hotel pool and facilities are a great bonus. I would stay here again without hesitation, It's in a great location (Traffic at peak times is crazy) Right near the beach, heaps of shopping and restaurants....no need to eat at the Jayakarta! I would certainly stay here with my young family in a 2 or 3 bedroom suite....as the title of my review says, Great value for money!
