Value and location..

The housekeeper ran out of clean towels on her cart and I was told to go to the front desk. Once I got to the front desk I was given pool towels to use as bath towels.

TV s mounted crooked, hot tub in the room only ran brown water. No backs on the TV remotes, cushions on couch were wrong size.

Good location, good price

Staff definitely could have been nicer—it seemed like they had a problem with everything we did. I don’t think we caused any issues to provoke them to have that response. They seemed bothered to check us in, give us more towels, and tried to micromanage us (and other guests) as we made our breakfast plates. The room service people seemed nice—I had no issue with them.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was relaxing

The staff was okays. The man at the front desk was kinda rude. They had roaches and ants in the room and roaches on the elevator.

"Worst La Quinta I've experienced- pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere else"

Location

First, the TV wasn't working. The remote didn't have a cover for the batteries. Management had to come work on the TV to get it working. Didn't offer a different remote or fix the current one. The deadbolt would not lock. Then, the shower head just leaked/dripped straight down. I spoke with management and requested another room. We were moved upstairs and the manager said he had checked everything. This shower was worse than the first one. More water got on the floor than on me. The AC didn't work properly. The room temperature never got to an acceptable temp. The breakfast-I'd be ashamed to call that edible. I used the text feature to notify management of these concerns and never received a response.
