The beds were horrible. Shampoonwas empty not enough towels. Bathroom didn't lock. Breakfast buffet was cold

I was initially impressed when I received a text offering the ability to complete check-in ahead of arrival. I expected that meant a quick, grab the key, and head to the room. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I got to the front desk, they already had all my information (vehicle details, driver’s license, and credit card), yet I stood there waiting without much of a greeting or sense of urgency. It left me wondering why the key wasn’t already prepared. That said, the room itself was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything from the TV to the bathroom in great working order. Very Pleased... great room temperature control... awesome! Breakfast, however, was disappointing. I went down around 8:30 am, with service scheduled until 9:00. I expected hot coffee and a good breakfast experience, but the coffee was cold and not refilled, and the sausage was not hot. The biscuits were fine, but overall it didn’t meet expectations for a “hot breakfast.” I still do not know what was in the gravy bowl. It wasn't sausage gravy. The most frustrating moment came afterward when my room key stopped working. I had to go back downstairs, wait to find someone available, and then was told the key system was down. An employee had to walk me back up to my room to let me in. The extra trips up and down three flights and the time spent tracking down help really detracted from the overall experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are very nice. But better customer service at check-in, consistent breakfast quality, and smoother handling of basic issues like room access would make a big difference. I’m not asking for much, just a friendly greeting, a ready room, and hot coffee to start the day.

Location was perfect for us.

The outside grounds needed attention. Lots of dead plants and way too much trash in the entrance. We were there 4 days and was never cleaned.
