Hotel Na Sapernom

Erittäin perustasoinen hotelli. Vaikea löytää sijaintia, kun ulospäin ei näy mitään merkkiä hotellista. Huone erittäin rauhallinen, lämpötila sopiva ja sängyssä nukkui ihan hyvin. Aamupalalla saa mahan täyteen jos ei kaipaa kovin kulinaristista elämystä.

Very nice hotel in city centre. What I loved about it is location and that it's very quiet neighbourhood, good sleep. Stuff is friendly. Rooms has good size and high ceiling. Less good is condition of rooms and humidity, I had three mosquitos in the room to deal with. You have a fridge in the room for your food and snacks which is also an advantage.

- Staffs are not friendly and they're not attempt to do visa registration. - Bad smell in the room (room no.29). - Hotel's housekeeper doesn't add a new paper tissue in the toilet.

Poor hotel with an awful smell of food in the floors. Another bad thing is that hotel doesn’t provide soap and shampoo but I believe this is a Russian thing since another hotel in Moscow does the same thing. Staff doesn’t help you with the luggage which I considered very rude. The room was very old and shower was not installed properly.

Hotellissa on ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, lyhyt matka metropysäkille sekä bussipysäkille, auton saa parkkiin sisäpihalle ison metalliportin taakse ja aamiainen on täyttävä. Hotelli täyttää hotellin tehtävät (väliaikainen nukkumapaikka, missä tavarat pysyy tallessa ja ruokaakin saa) täysin. Jos matkoillasi menet vain istumaan hotellihuoneessa, niin sitten kannattanee valita toinen paikka.

good location close to metro. The breakfast was good and the staff is nice.

Все в целом хорошо. Но холодильник при заезде был не рабочий, заменили только через 2 дня, когда нам уже уезжать надо было. Вай фай в отеле работает только в коридоре, в номере не работает, связи нет.

First of all, quality is really bad. They don't change towel everyday. I stayed 3 days with towel about getting first day. But location is very good.

The price is excellent, the hotel is very close to the metro station, and there are many restaurants with a supermarket nearby, so it is convenience to buy any supply. The room is clean and tidy, with nice decoration. The only problem is, when I place the booking in this website, it marked that there are breakfast included, however,in the 2nd morning of my stay, the reception told me that there are no breakfast included. I tried to show my booking records, and there are no mention about included or not. It wasted many of my time to talk with the reception, I think the "hotels.com" should fix this problem~
