Im still waiting for the manager to call me back. I checked out Friday March 22 they gave my original room away and the accommodation was not accommodating.

This business stay was great. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Looking forward to coming back for more visits at this location.

The check-in staff was amazing. Very kind and sweet. I didn't get her name, but I think I saw Alexander on her tag.

Family trip to Dallas. Unpacking and settling in my son comes to with something in his hand and asks what it is. It turns out to be dog feces! There was a pile of dog feces in our room that hadn’t been cleaned up! No excuse for it to be in there!

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience ive had. Two bedrooms not ready by 10pm at night. Previous guests stuff left in the bathroom. Room door didnt not close without lifting it up. Noisey guests consistently at 2-3 am in the morning. Staff were friendly though.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. The front desk agent, Missy, assisted me with a late night request with a smile. So so kind! Room was perfect on arrival. Highly recommend! I do not have a single complain!

I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I regularly stay over 100 nights a year in Marriott hotels and have never had an issue until I booked here. I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel 2 weeks prior to my stay. On the day of my stay, my flight was delayed by 3 hours, changing my arrival time from 11PM to 12:30AM the following day. Due to the delay, I was not able to make it to the hotel until 2:30AM. At the check-in desk I was met with a rude front desk associate who told me that her system was in audit mode and she wouldn't be able to check me in. She also then proceeded to tell me that they didn't have any rooms available. I showed her my Reservation Confirmation email and she goes "Too Bad. You should've called if you were going to show up after midnight". She did not offer to try to help me find a different hotel and left me completely stranded at 3AM with nowhere to stay. I ended up calling Marriott Titanium Service and ended up getting rebooked at a hotel 9 miles away at literally three times the price of my initial reservation. As part of my status with Marriott, I am also supposed to receive compensation when a hotel cannot honor my reservation, I have had to contact Marriott Customer Service three times now because the hotel manager refuses to honor this policy - it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would stay FAR AWAY from this hotel - confirmed reservations mean nothing to them.
