The location of the hotel is in a very undesirable location. During our stay we could hear dogs barking throughout the night. The amenities are substandard, scarce, and the availability is limited. We needed additional linens and was told that there were not any fitted sheets available so we we’re given a flat sheet. Security is not visible nor is their presence effective. There were guests in the parking lot sitting on our vehicle. They were smoking and had a pit bull. Where was security? The people in the room next door blasted there music well into the early morning. I called the front desk to report the problem. The representative advised me that security would handle the problem. Nevertheless, the music continued to play. The hotel also had a stitch and is in need of renovation.

The room, check-in and breakfast were good, and the neighborhood was good, but the clientele was like a zoo. They acted like the whole hotel was their living room, lying around in various states of dress and undress. Maybe they lived there on some sort of govt assistance? I got almost no sleep because of the noise. I even asked the front desk, who was part of the problem, at 10pm if the hotel had quiet hours. She acted like I was crazy. Babies crying all night, adults laughing all night, people walking their dogs all night, slamming doors. I spent a little extra for this?! If I wanted this I could stay at a Motel 6. And the people wouldn't even clean up after themselves, so ghetto. Walking out the door was an adventure because of the trash and dog poop. I'm just happy to get away with all four wheel covers. Never again.

Received an email the day of our stay that our reservation was canceled. On our way there during a 6 hour drive. Had to find other accommodations at the last minute which cost us double.

Oh hotel was canceled but you’ll be here to get other reservations way farther than where the event we were having was it we had to pay double the rate because it was a last minute thing you all even charged us extra this is utterly ridiculous 708-337-0010

Great rooms, good location but some staff members aren't the best...

Nice room with stove, refrigerator, and plates. Also had good cookies at lobby.

The staff was very professional and personable.
