Kensington Hotel Seorak

Emplacement idéal à deux pas à pied de l'entrée du parc National. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Grand parking pour stationner devant l'hôtel. La vue sur la montagne est exceptionnelle.

Wir waren fünf Stunden zu früh und wollten eigentlich nur unser Gepäck aufbewahren lassen. Aber wir bekamen gleich ein Zimmer mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Nationalpark zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön und liebevoll gemacht und die Aussicht beim Frühstück war auch perfekt. Die Einrichtung und die Dekoration waren sehr besonders.

Es un hotel precioso en un entorno idílico.

The hallway floor to go my room need to update.

Dated rooms, no bath towels, no air conditioning on a very hot day. Management would not switch from heat to air conditioning as it was scheduled to switch in a few days and the schedule had to be followed. No coffee until 10am unless you ordered the full breakfast. Paid for parking and credit card got stuck in the meter, no one could help. It took another customer who was trying to leave the parking lot to help. The location is great and the hotel could do so much more to attract customers but they need to work on the basics by hiring sufficient staff and providing simple amenities like coffee( charge a fee, I don’t care, just have coffee) in the morning. We were not the only guests complaining about the lack of staff and amenities. This could explain why there weren’t that many guests staying there.

The proximity to the national park.

The hotel is relatively dated. The AC didn’t work, the bathroom was quite small.

Fantastic location for walking

I loved it
