The staff was nice. It was pretty clean there. Breakfast was great.

I booked the room on booking.com somehow it didn’t get booked properly. They ended up putting us in the presidential suite. While it’s huge and that’s great, it’s very dated. They had to bring in 2 rollaway beds for the other two in our party. Instead of us having 2 full beds.

Friendly staff in an old colonial style hotel. Very clean and the room a great size. The bed and the shower were fantastic.

Air conditioning wasn't working and the room was very warm,even though we were lent a fan. For the size of the hotel, the ability to have free top up coffees wouldn't be too much trouble?

Excellent location, staff was very helpful, and the small convenience store was very, well, convenient. The view of the mountain from our hotel room was simply incredible. The restaurant was not open during our stay but they did offer simple take-away dining to eat in the room.

Some of the advertised facilities, like the restaurant, were not operational, and the restaurants nearby in the park closed before dinnertime. So food choices were quite limited (then again; you're in a national park...) Also, staff was not always at the front desk, and there was a sign telling us to call a number. This however doesn't work if you have a data-only e-sim. It would be better if there was a button we could press on the desk.

The location was outstanding, our room had incredible views of the mountains and were lucky to have beautiful weather. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

No restaurant open in the evening although you could order off a small menu and they'd call your room when ready. It came in takeout containers; the food was good. Unfortunately, on check out we were charged twice for our room without knowing, liaising with the hotel & bank to get our refund. I'm confident it was an error and it will be resolved.

Everything was so good. The location is perfect. I had a very calm and nice accommodation with my girlfriend. The breakfast was good as well. But the view was astounding. The room space was impressive when we consider other hotels in Korea generally.

The location is great and the English style is perfect .The beds are comfortable the room a nice size.

The walls are a bit thin you can hear the people next door but they gone quiet after 10 pm
