De locatie was prima

-onze gereserveerde suite was weggeven, dus we kregen een kleine kamer boven de keuken -geen verduisterende gordijnen -douche gaf geen warm water -meubilair viel bijna uit elkaar

Baustelle im Nebenhaus laute Kopfgeräusche. Wohnung dreckig.

Good location, with a 5 minute walk from the train station. A basic breakfast included.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, however this hotel was overall a bad experience for us. Checking in was fine, and we did a quick drop-off of our luggage before heading out to explore the town and have dinner. We got back later in the evening after the reception staff were gone, and after getting into bed we found the one bed (two twin beds pushed together) wasn’t clean! The pillow smelled so gross - like someone had been lying with their stinky feet on the pillow for awhile! Even the mattress under the pillow stank, and we had to flip it around. They obviously hadn’t washed the sheets. However there were no extra pillows to use, so we had to use our folded laundry as a pillow. There was no one available after hours. Then when we went to shower, the shower handle was broken and wouldn’t turn off and then fell off the wall! The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and on all the shower grout. The carpet in the bedroom had burn holes in it and frayed edges. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We can overlook tired finishes in an old historic building, but at the very minimum the bed sheets need to be clean! The receptionist gave us the contact for the manager and we reached out three times but heard nothing back.

L'emplacement est idéal. La vue sur les canaux est magnifique.

Nous avons du demandé à refaire les lits : les draps étaient sales et plein de cheveux. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche.

Climb to the top floor was incrediblly steep even by Duch standards. The stairs to the 3rd floor was a ladder. TV did not function and there were no window coverings/drapes.
