Hotel Bridges House - Delft City Centre

The location is very convenient, and the accommodation itself is very spacious. That being said, there’s an absolutely unacceptable security issue at this property. I stayed in a studio and, on the final day of my stay, I discovered that the physical key provided to all guests to unlock the building's main front door also unlocks the private guest studios. I have recorded a clear video as undeniable proof of this. This total lack of access control means that any guest (or anyone in possession of a main entrance key) has unrestricted access to every single private dwelling in the building. There is zero privacy, and your personal safety and belongings are completely unprotected. I have filed a formal complaint with Booking.com providing the video evidence, and I am considering reporting this massive violation of hospitality safety standards to the local authorities in Delft. Until the management completely replaces the lock system and provides unique, secure keys for every private room, I strongly advise against staying here. You will not be safe.

A localização é o ponto alto. O café da manhã também é destacável. O banho/banheiro grande, surpreendeu.

A escada para o andar superior é super íngreme, difícil para levar malas grandes. E o carpete antigo no quarto não é agradável. Cama bem mole não agrada a todos.

La situation de l'hôtel, proche de la gare et du centre. La possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner.

Le personnel pas très souriant le matin au petit déjeuner (on aurait dit que la jeune fille était soulée) Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de gel douche à disposition (1 mini savon pour 4 nuit c'est léger..). La literie très molle (lit flotteur..)

Ótima localização. Café da manhã agradável, com máquina de cafés, ovos e variedade de pães e frios. Só lave ressaltar que são vários prédios ao redor do quarteirão e alguns ainda em obras. E lembrar que são casas antigas com escadas íngremes. Mas vale pela localização.

Escada bem íngreme para quem tem idade e mala grande.
