Franschhoek Country House & Villas

The heated pool , the suite and the staff are all exemplary ! I would like to give special mention for Tula , the young lady in housekeeping who was the warmest of souls .

Only area of improvement would be the food at breakfast and whilst the hotel restaurant is exemplary of you are going to eat there more than once a variety of menus would be useful . But this is me looking hard for something to improve on

The property is quaint and wonderful, and the shuttle service is such an amazing extra. We used it so much to get around the whole time and the driver was so friendly and lovely.

Our room was a very close to a loft hatch that was frequently access by staff early in the morning circa 8am. We were up but had we been trying to sleep or rest it was a little noisy and annoying at times.

Ein Hotel im provenzalischen Stil, mit südafrikanischem Charakter. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Immer freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Mit eigenem Shuttleservice nach Franschoeck. Immer wieder gerne. Hedwig die Eule lebt in einem Baum über dem Restaurant, hatte gerade zwei Babys.

Charmigt med fantastiskt fin trädgård, lite franskt över det hela. Bra service vänlig personal

Lite besviken över standarden. Det är inte 5- stjärnigt, även om alla faciliteter finns och det är ommålat. Förväntar mig lite mer elegans av 5 stjärnor som helkaklat badrum

لا يوجد عوازل بين الغرف والاثاث نظيف ولكن جداً قديم والسرير خشبي قديم غير مريح ، نظافة الحمامات لا بأس بها.

Amazing staff, so great with our 1 year old. Shuttle into the town centre also amazing.

Bed size quite small.
